Individual Counselling/Psychotherapy
This comprises of a 60-minute session and is designed to work with a client to understand what their goals are and what they want to achieve from the session i.e harm reduction versus abstinence. We work with
our clients to support, encourage and equip them with the tools they need to achieve their self-determined goals.
Please note you do not need to access one of our programmes in order to get individual counselling.

Group Therapy
This is a 90-minute session which could either have a psychoeducation or interpersonal process focus.
These groups are designed to bring some encouragement, support and connection with others, to assist
