OUR TREATMENT SERVICES

Our confidential alcohol and drug treatment programmes are comprised of both individual counselling and group therapy. Explore below to find your step forward.

  • Individual Counselling/Psychotherapy

Our individual counselling and psychotherapy treatment comprises a 60-minute session. With this approach, we work alongside a client to understand their goals and what they want to achieve from the session, such as harm reduction versus abstinence. We work with our clients to support, encourage, and equip them with the tools they need to achieve their self-determined goals.

Please note you do not need to access one of our programmes in order to get individual counselling.

  • Group Therapy

Our group therapy sessions are 90 minutes, with either a psychoeducation or interpersonal process focus. These group sessions offer encouragement, support, and connection with others to assist an individual. They provide norms that reinforce healthy interactions and provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment crucial to recovery.

Please note you do not need to access one of our programmes in order to take part in group therapy.

Our therapy and treatment programmes are founded on evidence-based practices and delivered by addiction-registered experts. Our experts are deeply committed to helping you recover and live a successful, recovery-focused lifestyle with a high quality of life.
