INPATIENT ALCOHOL & DRUG RECOVERY TREATMENT PROGRAMME

Our programme offers boutique treatment that is tailored to the needs of the individual. At any one time, we only take one to four clients at a time, so you will receive personal one-on-one treatment.

Our programme is an intensive programme, with the average length of a guest’s stay being between 3-4 weeks, although we do also have a five day respite treatment programme also available. Our intensive treatment programme is designed to comprehensively challenge you and to push you outside of your comfort zones. This treatment programme is not designed for the faint hearted, the days are power packed whereby on some days you could have multiple one-on-one therapy sessions, group work, reflective studies as well as submerging you into the AA/NA community by attending a meeting. However, over the 15-28 days of your stay and by the end of your treatment, life’s lenses will shift from a polarised black and white position into a multifaceted and coloured spectrum. Simply put, your perspective will change from the glass being half empty to half full (even overflowing).

To make sure you’re professionally supported we provide a strong therapeutic community (TC). Our team members make up a strong family community, and collaboratively we have written a treatment programme that can include the following:

  • Pharmacology

  • Psychological refocus

  • Individual identity work

  • AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) face-to-face therapeutic sessions

  • Mental health cognitive behavioural and dialectical approaches
